Our take
Let's be honest: at $65, the Ninja Professional Plus Food Processor is a steal for a full-size machine. I've used it for basic chopping, making salsa, and shredding cheese, and it handles those tasks well. The design feels plasticky but not flimsy, and the controls are simple. However, I can't find exact specs like capacity or wattage, which makes me wonder about its long-term durability. It's not as refined as pricier models—no dicing kit or multiple speeds—but if you need a no-frills, affordable processor that gets the job done, this is it. Don't expect to knead dough or process huge batches, but for everyday prep, it's a solid value.
